Pro-D Applied Skills Question - T1B20

Urgent question that must be asked:)  - does the robot artwork have to be labeled?
                                                            - Can the robot artwork be coloured abit with felt?

Just checking. I'm taking my chances here, people, cause I already did it... so please tell me the answer to both questions are "ok"...
