It's Saturday Again - TT1B18

This is the last week of the first month of school. It's a purposeful Saturday, with a lot of meaning. It's weird, cause I'm bored. Whoops, sorry. I'm not supposed to use the "B" word. :) I was talking to a few kids from PW - Prince of Wales Secondary, earlier this morning. PW has a mini school that's kind of hard to get into. But the students there say that the mini's a wasted of time. They go on a big field trip or a plane trip to somewhere nearly every month, and small trips every week. I mean I know field trips are always good. They're provide great learning experiences, but every week? isn't that a bit too much? Let's not talk about time first, but think about what great expenses all these travels would mean. It's like having more than vacation's worth of travel in the school year. Definitely exciting, but too much... Although, they do go to a lot of places I've always dreamed of going to: Paris, Tokyo... *sigh* Quebec...
