Moving Into a New Home - T1B1

You know how when you're just getting to know a new neighborhood, or adjusting to the environment of a fancy 5-Star hotel, the place is like a maze that fills you with fascination and excitement. Or at least, that was how I felt when I first moved into my house in January. Sure, it might of just meant a "new neighbor" to every other family living down 63rd Avenue, but it was a big deal for me. I loved it. Despite the fact that at first, I was often confused, it meant a change, a challenge, and new opportunities. That is high school. The first few days, we get used to the school, find our way around, and manage our time. It's just like getting used to a new home. Along with that, we meet over 300 new friends in the year ahead, and more after that. Together, we work as a team to make our next 5 years together at Churchill the best we can, because it's all we've got. For my friends and I, it's just our second day, we're only getting started, but we already love it here. And so for the other 2000 students at churchill, welcome the new graduates of 2015, 'cause we're moving in to our new home!
